Dr. Bilenky (PhD in History, University of Toronto, 2007) is an associate at the Canadian Institute of Ukrainian Studies, and is presently working on an upcoming publication that has the draft title “Documents of Ukrainian Historical and Political Thought: Kostomarov, Drahomanov, Antonovych.” Dr. Bilenky is visiting the Ukrainian Studies Program at the Harriman Institute and teaching two courses at the Department of History in the Fall 2012 semester - “Empire & Nation: Nationality Issues In the Russian Empire” and “Central and Eastern European Cities Between Tradition and Modernity.”
