The Ukrainian Studies Program at the Harriman Institute invites you to a talk and visual presentation by Dr. Valerii Zema, Research Fellow at the Institute of Ukrainian History, National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (Visiting Fulbright Scholar at The Harvard Ukrainian Research Institute, September 2010-May 2011).

Dr. Zema’s research interest is in religious history of East-Central Europe of the Early Modern period. He has published extensively on religious polemics in the Orthodox culture of that epoch.
