Former Postdoc Elidor Mëhilli Wins Marshall D. Shulman Book Prize

Former postdoctoral fellow Elidor Mëhilli (2011-12) took home the Marshall D. Shulman Book Prize for his book From Stalin to Mao: Albania and the Socialist World (Cornell University Press, 2017). The Shulman Book Prize is awarded to an outstanding monograph dealing with the international relations, foreign policy, or foreign-policy decision-making of any of the states of the former Soviet Union or Eastern Europe.
