Alice Mee
MARS-REERS & Program Assistant, Ukrainian Studies
Alice is a second-year MARS-REERS student who is primarily interested in contemporary Ukrainian politics and society. Her research focuses on how the notion of wartime collaboration interacts with the delineation of the nation, comparing the cases of Kosovo in the 1990s and Ukraine during its current war. A graduate in Modern and Medieval Languages from Queens’ College, University of Cambridge, Alice previously worked in human rights and at the Parliament of Ukraine. This year, she is the Harriman Institute’s Ukrainian Studies Program Assistant.
