A collection of Anna Frajlich‘s poems has appeared in Spanish as El timepo no es un collar de perlas (Czas nie jest sznurem perel/Time Is Not a Pearl Necklace), translated by Elzbieta Bortkiewicz (Sibirana Ediciones, Madrid). The bilingual Spanish-Polish volume takes for its title the opening line from Frajlich’s poem “From Bergson.” Frajlich (Senior Lecturer Emerita, Polish) will travel to Madrid in the autumn to attend the book launch
