Carna Pistan published an article, “Call It by Its Right Name: Criminalizing Genocide Denial in Bosnia and Herzegovina,”  in Verfassungsblog, an academic forum of debate on topical events in constitutional law and politics in Europe and beyond. The article is about the recently imposed law banning genocide denial and glorification of convicted war criminals in BiH. It explores whether an internally imposed memory law can help reconciliation in the country.
