Christopher Atwood (MARS-REERS ’23) was a contributor and adviser to an independent legal analysis of Russia’s violations of the Genocide Convention from the New Lines Institute, titled, “The Russian Federation’s Escalating Commission of Genocide in Ukraine: A Legal Analysis.” It was an update to a report published in May of last year, titled, “An Independent Legal Analysis of the Russian Federation’s Breaches of the Genocide Convention in Ukraine and the Duty to Prevent.”
