This symposium offers new insights into how the Holocaust unfolded in Bulgaria, and also marks the launch of a new research commissioned by the Auschwitz Institute for the Prevention of Genocide and Mass Atrocities (AIPG) and the FXB Center for Health and Human Rights at Harvard University about the fate of Roma and Sinti people in the former Yugoslavia.
