Maria Harss, writing in the New York Times, cites two major events in the current reconsideration of the choreographer Bronislava Nijinska: Lynn Garafola‘s path-breaking biography, La Nijinska: Choreographer of the Modern, and the revival of “Les Noces” (The Wedding), created by Nijinska in 1923. Garafola will take part in the Guggenheim’s Works and Process “Ballet West and Les Noces” on March 26.
