Mark Andryczyk (Associate Research Scholar, Ukrainian Studies Program) is the guest editor of the Spring 2022 issue of East/West: Journal of Ukrainian Studies, devoted to the subject “Ukrainian Culture and the War in the Donbas.” The issue features articles by Uilleam Blacker, Roman Ivashkiv, Nazar Kozak, Yuliya V. Ladygina, Olena Martynyuk, and Iryna Shuvalova, which examine the impact since 2014 of the Russo-Ukrainian war in Ukraine’s Donbas on Ukrainian literature, film, visual art, and music.
