Elias Allen

Elias Allen is a first-year MAARS-REERS student. Prior to studying at The Harriman Institute, he served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Kosovo, teaching English to Albanian, Bosniak, Serb, Roma, and Turkish students. Elias’ focus is on a bottom-up understanding of the evolving nature of sovereignty in the Western Balkans. He received a B.A. with honors from the University of Oxford in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics in 2017.
