Natalie Hall, MARS-REERS ’22, co-authored a report with Edward Lemon (Harriman Postdoctoral Research Fellow, ’16-18) and Bradley Jardine entitled “No Space Left to Run: China’s Transnational Repression of Uyghurs.”  The report was published in partnership with the Uyghur Human Rights Project and Oxus Society for Central Asian Affairs.

In Spring 2021, the Harriman Institute and Oxus Society for Central Asian Affairs joined forces to create an internship program, of which Natalie is the first student to benefit.

The Oxus Society for Central Asian Affairs  is a DC-based non-profit dedicated to fostering exchange between Central Asia and the rest of the world.
