ASEEES Announces Marshall D. Shulman Book Prize Winner

ASEEES has announced the winner of the Marshall D. Shulman Book Prize, awarded for an outstanding monograph dealing with the international relations, foreign policy, or foreign-policy decision-making of any of the states of the former Soviet Union or Eastern Europe. The awards, which are sponsored by the Harriman Institute, will be presented in November at the annual ASEEES convention in Boston.

  • Honorable Mention: Maria Cristina Galmarini (College of William & Mary), “Ambassadors of Social Progress: A History of International Blind Activism in the Cold War” (Northern Illinois University Press, 2024)
