ASEEES has announced the winners of the Marshall D. Shulman Book Prize, awarded for an outstanding monograph dealing with the international relations, foreign policy, or foreign-policy decision-making of any of the states of the former Soviet Union or Eastern Europe. The awards, which are sponsored by the Harriman Institute, will be presented in November at the annual ASEEES convention in Boston.
