Please join the Program on U.S.-Russia Relations for a lecture by Clint Reach. Moderated by Elise Giuliano.
The cost of Putin’s war is measured in blood and treasure, and the losses have been immense. Putin is unwilling to change course, however, and the costs will continue to rise. This talk will explore why Russia’s military casualties and war costs have climbed, the drivers of Putin’s seemingly futile strategy, and the implications for Russia’s future.
