Please join the Harriman Institute and the Institute of Global Politics for a panel discussion featuring Ambassador Jérôme Bonnafont, General Christopher Cavoli, Dora ChomiakTimothy Frye, and Elise Giuliano on what is at stake in Ukraine’s present and future. Moderated by Victoria Nuland.

Four years after the start of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, a panel of US and European experts will discuss the state of negotiations to end the war, the strategic implications of this diplomatic process, and what it will take to help Ukraine rebuild and fortify itself. The discussion will place current negotiations in broader geopolitical context, assessing impacts for European security, transatlantic relations, and the international order. This timely event offers critical insight for students, scholars, and practitioners seeking to understand what is at stake in Ukraine’s future and the conditions necessary for a sustainable peace.
