Poet Anna Frajlich (Senior Lecturer Emerita, Slavic Languages) is the subject of two new books.

The first, Szklany sufit języka. Trzynaście rozmów (The Glass Ceiling of Language: 13 Conversations [Kraków: Austria]), is comprised of 13 dialogues between Frajlich and Professor Sławomir Jacek Żurek (The John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin), which provide a detailed and richly-illustrated chronicle of Frajlich’s life and work. The editors of the quarterly Migotania named it the “Book of the Quarter.”

The second book, Emigracja, tożsamość, pamięć: życie i twórczość literacka Anny Frajlich (Emigration, Identity, Memory: The Life and Work of Anna Frajlich) by Anna Fiedeń-Kułak, was published by Fraza in Rzeszów.
