A warm congratulations to our student Yana Balanchuk (MARS-REERS ’27), who was selected for the inaugural cohort of Columbia Global Scholars. She plans to pilot a Ukrainian parliamentary simulation and policy lab to train Ukrainian students in practical democratic governance and institutional reform.
