Tanya Domi spoke at the International Forum on Women, Peace and Security, held in Pristina, Kosovo. Domi’s remarks centered on the effect of war on children, their families, and the “forgotten children of war” in Bosnia. Children born of wartime rape in Bosnia were designated for the first time as victims and are eligible for reparations. A similar approach has been recommended for Ukraine.
